Your first visit in our office will consist of information gathering and discussing your health care goals. Our intake form asks the basic questions about your health history and any symptoms you may currently be experiencing.
If you have current x-rays, MRI or other diagnostic information, please bring it along. After discussing this information in more detail, you will receive an examination, x-rays if indicated and initial treatment.
We Explain Everything First
The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.
